Vacancy and Activation
Part of our mission to renew neighborhoods is focusing on those spaces that are overlooked or forgotten. Vacant lots in deprived areas can serve as blank canvases to build opportunity, activity, or beauty where it was previously absent.
Architecture of Heritage Celebration
BNMO is taking an active role in helping nonprofits and cultural associations express their missions through space to foster pride and preserve meaningful traditions.
Rehabilitation for Neighborhood Integrity
In areas facing socio-economic challenges, we are helping to strengthen existing assets and envision new buildings in a way that helps families stay where they are and benefit from local renewal.
